1. Raising of funds through issue of GDRs /ADRs / FCCBs / OFIs, in the International Market.
2. Raising of funds through Qualified Institutional Placement (Q.I.P.) Mode from local market.
3. Preferential Allotment to Promoter Group as per Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
